Villa of 800 sqm on upper Lake Como in the immediate vicinity of Argegno, renovated and with a wonderful lake view. In a scenic and panoramic area stands this splendid Villa with a wonderful park of 3000 square metres that is well maintained and planted. Built in 1766 by an Austrian aristocratic family, it was later owned by the famous Italian artist Baldassare Longoni, inside of which we still find his paintings. In 2011 Villa Gina was completely restored, the original stuccoes and ceilings were restored, the floor was paved with handmade tiles and precious marble, the walls were decorated with frescoes and partly with handmade wallpaper, illuminated by wonderful Murano chandeliers. Villa Gina is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden and rare trees offering a spectacular view of Lake Como. The villa consists of nine spacious rooms, all finely finished with lake and mountain views. The ground floor consists of a large terrace with a panoramic view of Lake Como, a comfortable entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with antique fireplace but equipped with modern appliances and bathroom. On the first and second floor there are three bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. In the garden there are two ancient fountains and several sculptures dating back to the 17th century.
