Large village house, fully renovated in Debeduse, a hamlet of Calice al Cornoviglio, in the province of La Spezia. Debeduse is a very small hamlet, with 15 inhabitants, local people who live off their produce. The house is in a dominant and exclusive position overlooking the valley to the castle of Calice al Cornoviglio. It is in a privileged area because although sunny it is well ventilated and enjoys a delightful breeze in summer.

cellar, washhouse, workshop, garage and two rooms that can be expanded to make an apartment. In total, the house has 8 rooms and is on two levels.
The structure is made entirely of natural stone and has 50 cm thick walls and old vaults that tell of the past.
The floors are covered with 50 x 50 cm stone tiles. A spiral staircase leads to a small guest room. The large eat-in kitchen has a small clearing with old stairs leading to the ground floor. The kitchen has a wood stove, wood found in abundance in the surrounding area.
From the living room and the large study (made from two rooms) there is access to the rooftop terrace.
Part of the house is 5,500 square meters of land, arranged as follows: 500 adjacent to the entrance, planted with olive trees, rose bushes and with a large laurel tree. It is possible to build a swimming pool.ò
The other 5,000, partly hilly, are across the road, and are planted with vines and orchards; there is also a shed on the property.
Debeduse, of Calice al Cornoviglio, is (southeast) 70 km from Genoa, (north) 11 from La Spezia, and (40 south) from Forte Dei Marmi (Lu).
