Located about twenty kilometers from Marrakech on the Ourika road, this property offers a lush setting and stunning views of the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains.
The 4-hectare landscaped and wooded plot includes a 5,000 m2 body of water followed by a decidedly modern 50-meter-long swimming pool. The main house blends perfectly into this green setting. The apparent simplicity of the volumes discreetly underlies the extreme sophistication of all technical devices (underfloor heating, reversible air conditioning, heated pool, etc.).
